Lynch. Lynch is facing federal prison for operating his city sanctioned medical marijuana dispensary in Morro Bay, California. This documentary originally aired on 3-15-2009. Lynch will be sentenced on March 23, 2009 at the Federal Court House in Los Angeles.

I can’t in any way imagine a scenario where marijuana is legalized on a national level. There just is no political support for it.
those are the politics of the past. today more states are starting to decriminalize and legalize medical marijuana. Maine just legalized medical marijuana about two weeks ago. Generation Y and X are more educated on why marijuana is not bad and the propaganda that politicians are relaying about it. i definitely see it legalized in the future.
Medical marijuana is different…of course there is political support for it because its “safe”…it isn’t near as risky for a politician to support something medical……but what I don’t see is recreational marijuana being championed on a wide scale.
